Park Avenue is a gin-forward cocktail with botanical dryness from the gin balanced by the sweet, herbaceous notes of sweet vermouth and a bright kiss of pineapple. Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1.5 oz Gin
  • 1 tblsp Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Combine sweet vermouth, gin, and pineapple juice in a mixing glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir the mixture well to ensure it's thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Serve immediately.
