Aurum Cocktail

Aurum Cocktail is a quietly sweet, citrus-tinged sipper that balances aromatic sweet vermouth and a hint of Aurum liqueur against a gin backbone, delivering soft vanilla-orange notes over herbal undertones. Ingredients

  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Aurum® Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Gin

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the sweet vermouth, Aurum® liqueur, and gin into the shaker.
  3. Shake the mixture well until thoroughly chilled.
  4. Strain the contents into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Serve immediately.
