Trinity Cocktail

A restrained, elegant stirred cocktail that highlights the herbaceous, aromatic qualities of vermouth with a touch of sweetness from the sweet vermouth and a clean gin backbone. Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 0.75 oz Gin

Instructions

  1. Combine dry vermouth, sweet vermouth, and gin in a mixing glass.
  2. Add ice cubes to the mixture for chilling.
  3. Stir gently until the mixture is well-chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Serve immediately.
