Blushin' Russian

Sweet, creamy and coffee-forward with a warm almond note from the amaretto and a velvety texture from the whipping cream. Poured into a chilled champagne flute with a light froth, it's an indulgent, elegant dessert sipper or nightcap that's simple to make but feels celebratory.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur
  • 0.33 oz Amaretto Liqueur
  • 1 oz Whipping Cream

Instructions

  1. Combine vodka, Kahlua® coffee liqueur, amaretto almond liqueur, and whipping cream in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled champagne flute.
  4. Serve immediately.
