A bold, gin-forward cocktail where juniper shines through sweet cherry liqueur and is sharpened by Campari's bitter orange notes. Vivid ruby in the glass and garnished with fresh cherries, it’s a slightly bitter, fruit-tinged aperitif that’s worth trying if you like boozy, balanced, and elegant shaken cocktails.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Cherry Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Campari® Bitter

Instructions

  1. Shake the gin, cherry brandy, and Campari bitters with cracked ice until well chilled.
  2. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with fresh cherries before serving.
