Emerald Isle Cocktail

A bright, mint-laced gin cocktail with a cooling green hue and a lightly sweet backbone from crème de menthe, cut by a whisper of aromatic bitters. Crisp and spirit-forward, it’s a chilled, stirred sipper that’s easy to make yet distinctive enough to order at a bar.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1 tsp Crème de Menthe Verte Liqueur
  • 0.5 dashes Aromatic Bitters

Instructions

  1. Add the gin, green creme de menthe, and bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir until well chilled and the mixture is fully combined.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
