Paralyzer

A fizzy, creamy cocktail that blends coffee liqueur and light cream with cola for a sweet, dessert-like sip. It looks two-toned when the cream is floated over the cola and spirits, then softens into a smooth, effervescent mix when stirred, great for a casual after-dinner or party pick. Worth trying if you like boozy milkshakes with a coffee kick and a cola fizz.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Tequila
  • 0.5 oz Vodka
  • 0.5 oz Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur
  • 4 oz Light Cream
  • Fill Coca-Cola®

Instructions

  1. Add tequila, vodka, and Kahlua® coffee liqueur into a collins glass filled with ice.
  2. Fill the glass halfway with Coca-Cola®.
  3. Gently pour the light cream on top or use milk as an alternative.
  4. Stir the drink gently using a straw.
  5. Serve immediately.
