Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 3 dashes Angostura® Bitters
  • Fill Champagne

Instructions

  1. Add gin and bitters to a highball glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir gently to blend the gin and bitters together.
  3. Top off the drink with champagne until the glass is filled.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist to enhance the presentation and aroma of the drink.
