Bennet Cocktail

A bright, refreshing gin sour with a hint of aromatic Angostura bitters. Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 0.67 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.33 oz Sugar Syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura® Bitters

Instructions

  1. Combine the gin, lime juice, sugar syrup, and Angostura® bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into an old-fashioned glass filled with broken ice.
