A Rob Roy is a Scotch-based Manhattan: smoky, malty whisky softened by the sweetness of red vermouth and brightened with a whisper of aromatic bitters. It pours a deep amber and arrives chilled and clear in a cocktail glass, garnished with a maraschino cherry for a touch of sweetness and color.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Scotch
0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 dash Angostura® Bitters

Instructions

Combine the Scotch, sweet vermouth, and a dash of Angostura bitters in a mixing glass filled with ice.
