Codswallop

Bright and effervescent, Codswallop blends gin's botanical backbone with Campari's bitter edge and sweet raspberry, lifted by zesty lime and fizzy lemonade. It pours a rosy-amber hue over ice and drinks light and refreshing, bitter-sweet and easy to enjoy as an aperitif or summer refresher.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Gin
  • 0.33 oz Campari® Bitter
  • 0.33 oz Raspberry Liqueur
  • 0.33 oz Lime Juice
  • 4 oz Lemonade

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the gin, Campari® bitters, raspberry liqueur, and lime juice.
  3. Top off with lemonade and give it a gentle stir.
  4. Serve immediately in the prepared glass.
