Bloody Sun

Bright and citrus-forward, the Bombay Sapphire gives a crisp juniper backbone while Bols Kontiki adds a sweet, tropical depth and Cointreau sharpens the orange character. Poured over ice and topped with fresh orange juice, it looks like a sunny, easy-drinking cocktail ideal for brunch or a poolside refresher.

Ingredients

  • 2 cl Bombay Sapphire® Gin
  • 2 cl Bols® Kontiki Liqueur
  • 1 cl Cointreau® Orange Liqueur
  • Fill Orange Juice

Instructions

  1. Add gin, orange liqueur, and Cointreau to a shaker filled with ice. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
  2. Strain the mixture into an Old-Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
  3. Top off with orange juice, fill to your preference.
