Absolut Zero

A sweet, creamy coffee-and-mint cocktail that drinks like a boozy dessert. It looks pale and frothy from the shake, served tall over ice with a bright mint sprig for aroma, making it a refreshing after-dinner treat worth ordering when you want something rich but easygoing.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Absolut® Vodka
  • 1 oz Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Peppermint Schnapps
  • 1 oz Cream

Instructions

  1. Add Absolut® Vodka, Kahlua® Coffee Liqueur, peppermint schnapps, and cream into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a Collins glass over fresh ice cubes.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of mint before serving.
