Pink Gin Tonic

Bright and effervescent with classic gin botanicals and crisp tonic, finished by a bitter, orange-tinged splash of Campari and a zesty lime lift. Visually it’s a pale pink, bubbly highball over ice with a lime wedge, a simple, refreshing aperitif with a pleasant bitter edge worth trying for a slightly more grown-up G&T.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 5 oz Tonic Water
  • 1 splash Campari® Bitter

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes, ensuring it is nearly full.
  2. Pour gin and tonic water into the glass over the ice.
  3. Stir gently to combine the ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Add a splash of Campari on top to enhance color and flavor.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
