Gin and Bitters

A Gin and Bitters is an ultra-simple, spirit-forward pour: juniper-driven gin perfumed and lightly tannic from a coating of aromatic bitters. It looks crystal-clear with a faint amber sheen clinging to the glass and is worth trying if you appreciate bold, dry, bitter aperitifs that put the gin front and center.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp Aromatic Bitters
  • Fill Gin

Instructions

  1. Pour bitters into a cocktail glass.
  2. Gently tilt and rotate the glass so that the bitters evenly coat the entire interior of the glass.
  3. Once the glass is coated, fill it up with gin to your desired level.
  4. Serve immediately.
