Cheat's Pimm's

Bright and slightly sweet with herbaceous vermouth and a pronounced orange-citrus lift from the curaçao, finished by fizzy lemon-lime soda. Visually light amber and effervescent with orange, lemon and cucumber slices; an easy, refreshing highball that works well as a sunny aperitif or casual crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 2 parts Gin
  • 2 parts Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 part Orange Curaçao Liqueur
  • Fill 7Up®

Instructions

  1. Mix the gin, red sweet vermouth, and orange curacao together in a mixing glass.
  2. Pour the mixture into a tall glass.
  3. Top with ice-cold 7-Up.
  4. Garnish with a slice of orange, lemon, and cucumber.
