Fridays Frozen Mudslide

A thick, dessert-style frozen cocktail that drinks like a boozy coffee-chocolate milkshake, rich Kahlúa coffee and chocolate ice cream balanced by creamy Baileys and a hit of vodka. It pours pale mocha and holds a velvety, scoopable texture in a hurricane glass. Worth ordering or making when you want an indulgent, crowd-pleasing after-dinner or party treat.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Absolut® Vodka
  • 1.5 oz Baileys® Original Irish Cream
  • 1.5 oz Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur
  • 1.5 oz Cream
  • 1 scoop Haagen-Dazs® Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 scoops Haagen-Dazs® Chocolate Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. Crush ice cubes in a blender until finely crushed.
  2. Add Absolut® Vodka, Bailey's® Irish Cream, Kahlua® Coffee Liqueur, cream, Haagen-Dazs® vanilla ice cream, and Haagen-Dazs® chocolate ice cream.
  3. Blend the mixture on the highest setting for 45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the mudslide into a hurricane glass.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.
