Angler's Cocktail

A lively, slightly sweet and bittersweet gin cocktail that pours a soft rosy hue thanks to a splash of grenadine. Juniper-forward gin meets layers of aromatic and orange bitters for a complex, crisp sip served over ice, an easy, refreshing choice if you enjoy bitters-forward gin drinks with a touch of sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Gin
  • 1 dash Grenadine
  • 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
  • 3 dashes Orange Bitters

Instructions

  1. Combine gin, grenadine, bitters, and orange bitters in a shaker with cracked ice.
  2. Shake well to incorporate the ingredients.
  3. Pour the mixture into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice cubes.
  4. Serve immediately.
