Mint Russian

A minty twist on the White Russian: rich coffee liqueur and neutral vodka are softened by light cream while a dash of crème de menthe adds a cool, herbal mint lift. Visually appealing as a layered rocks drink with a dark coffee base topped by a floating cream layer and a subtle green note, perfect as a creamy after-dinner sip or dessert cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 dash Crème de Menthe Verte Liqueur
  • 1 oz Light Cream

Instructions

  1. Add ice cubes to an Old-Fashioned glass to chill it.
  2. Pour the vodka and coffee liqueur over the ice.
  3. Add a dash of creme de menthe to the mixture.
  4. Top the drink with light cream, letting it float on top.
  5. Serve immediately without stirring to maintain layered effect.
