Antibes

Bright, tart grapefruit juice and the honeyed, herbal warmth of Bénédictine play against a piney, botanical gin, yielding a bittersweet, slightly floral sip. Poured chilled into an old-fashioned glass and garnished with an orange slice, it looks sunlit-pink and drinks refreshingly like a refined aperitif. Easy to make and ideal when you want something citrus-forward yet layered.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 0.75 oz Bénédictine® Herbal Liqueur
  • 2.5 oz Grapefruit Juice

Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass halfway with cracked ice.
  2. Pour the gin, Benedictine herbal liqueur, and grapefruit juice into the mixing glass.
  3. Stir the mixture well until fully combined and chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled old-fashioned glass.
  5. Garnish with a slice of orange and serve immediately.
