Gardenia

Ingredients

• 1 oz Gin
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz Cream
• 1 tsp Grenadine

Instructions

1. Combine gin, pineapple juice, double cream, and grenadine syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake well until the mixture is chilled and properly integrated.
3. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a chunk of pineapple and a fresh sprig of mint before serving.
