Choker

Ingredients

• 2 oz Scotch
• 2 tsp Pernod®
• 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters

Instructions

1. Fill a mixing glass halfway with ice cubes.
2. Add the Scotch.
3. Pour in the Pernod.
4. Add the bitters.
5. Stir the mixture thoroughly until well chilled.
6. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.
