Bright lime and blackcurrant from crème de cassis create a tart-fruity core while ginger ale adds effervescence and a warm spicy lift. It pours a deep rosy hue in a Collins glass with a crisp, refreshing finish. An easy, crowd-pleasing long drink worth ordering on a warm evening.

Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz SKYY® Vodka
  • 0.75 oz Crème de Cassis Liqueur
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's® Bitters
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • Fill Ginger Ale

Instructions

  1. Add Skyy® Vodka, Creme de Cassis, Peychaud bitters, and lime juice into a collins glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir gently to mix the ingredients together.
  3. Top with ginger ale until the glass is filled.
  4. Garnish with a wedge of lime on the rim of the glass.
