Saratoga Cocktail

A bright, brandy-forward cocktail with a brisk citrus edge and a touch of pineapple sweetness; maraschino and aromatic bitters add a subtle cherry-and-spice background. Ingredients

  • 2 oz Brandy
  • 1 tsp Pineapple Juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 tsp Maraschino Cherry Liqueur
  • 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters

Instructions

  1. Combine brandy, pineapple juice, lemon juice, maraschino liqueur, and bitters in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake the mixture thoroughly until well-chilled.
