Fino Martini

A dry, elegant twist on a martini where crisp, botanical gin is softened and given a saline, nutty lift by a splash of fino sherry. Pale and crystal-clear, it’s served chilled up with a bright lemon twist that lifts the aroma. Worth trying if you enjoy spirit-forward aperitifs with a subtle savory complexity.

Ingredients

  • 2.5 oz Gin
  • 1.5 tsp Fino Sherry

Instructions

  1. Add the gin and fino sherry to a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Stir well until the mixture is chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
