Bright, candy-like banana from Pisang Ambon meets a herbal, slightly medicinal kick from Green Chartreuse with a juniper backbone from gin, all lifted by fizzy lemon soda. It pours vivid green over crushed ice and is a refreshing, slightly oddball sipper worth trying for its playful fruit-herb contrast and effervescent finish.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Pisang Ambon® Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Gin
  • 0.25 oz Green Chartreuse Liqueur
  • 2 oz Sparkling Lemon Soda

Instructions

  1. Shake Pisang Ambon® Liqueur, gin, and Green Chartreuse® with a glass half filled with broken ice.
  2. Pour the mixture unstrained into an Old-Fashioned glass.
  3. Add the sparkling lemon soda to the glass.
  4. Serve immediately.
