Two-by-Four

A short, spirit-forward sipper that pairs the smoky, malty character of Scotch with the soft, fruity sweetness of Southern Comfort, brightened by a few dashes of Angostura for aromatic bitterness. Poured over plenty of ice into an Old-Fashioned glass it shows a deep amber color and yields a smooth, warming mouthfeel, an easy, no-fuss option for anyone wanting a boozy, slightly sweet nightcap.

Ingredients

  • 2 cl Upper Ten® Scotch
  • 2 cl Southern Comfort®
  • 3 drops Angostura® Bitters

Instructions

  1. Place a generous amount of ice cubes into an Old-Fashioned glass to chill the mixture.
  2. Pour the Upper Ten® Whisky followed by the Southern Comfort® over the ice.
  3. Add 3 drops of Angostura Bitters into the glass.
  4. Use a stirrer to mix the ingredients well, ensuring they combine smoothly.
  5. Serve immediately to enjoy your perfectly blended drink.
