Horse And Jockey

Aged rum and Southern Comfort build a warm, spiced-sweet backbone balanced by herbaceous sweet vermouth and a couple dashes of aromatic bitters. It pours a clear amber, silky cocktail with gentle fruit and vanilla notes, a rum-forward Manhattan-style sipper that’s smooth and easy to enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Aged Rum
  • 1 oz Southern Comfort®
  • 0.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters

Instructions

  1. Add Anejo® Rum, Southern Comfort® Liqueur, Sweet Vermouth, and Bitters to a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Stir the mixture thoroughly until well-chilled.
  3. Strain the contents into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly.
