Sporran Cooler

Ingredients

• 2 oz Drambuie® Liqueur
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Grenadine
• 1 dash Angostura® Bitters
• 4 oz Soda Water

Instructions

1. Fill a collins glass with ice.
2. Pour Drambuie® Scotch whisky into the glass.
3. Add the lemon juice.
4. Pour in the grenadine syrup.
5. Dash Angostura® bitters into the mixture.
6. Top the glass with soda water and stir gently.
7. Garnish with a spiral of lemon peel.
