Ingredients

  • 1 oz Gin
  • 0.5 oz Peach Brandy
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Egg

Instructions

  1. Add gin, peach brandy, lemon juice, and egg to a blender.
  2. Fill the blender with a glassful of crushed ice.
  3. Blend the ingredients briefly until well mixed and smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a chilled double-cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with a slice of peach on the rim of the glass before serving.
