Bright and citrus-laced, the Bourbon Crusta pairs oak-forward bourbon with orange liqueur and maraschino sweetness, balanced by tart lemon and a superfine sugar rim. It looks dramatic in a sugar-coated wine goblet with a long spiraled orange peel draped inside, and drinks like a refined, slightly sweet old-school cocktail. Worth trying for its historical Crusta presentation and the way the fruit and sugar lift the whiskey without overwhelming it.
