Pink Elephant

A very simple, juniper-forward gin drink with a whisper of grenadine sweetness; the syrup leaves a glossy pink wash inside the snifter that slowly colors the spirit. It looks delicate and slightly rosy in a brandy snifter and drinks boozy and clean with a faint fruity finish, great if you want a minimalist, visually striking gin serve with a touch of sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Grenadine
  • 2 oz Gin

Instructions

  1. Coat the inner surface of a brandy snifter with grenadine by swirling it inside the glass.
  2. Discard any remaining grenadine, keeping only the coating.
  3. Pour gin into the prepared snifter.
  4. Gently swirl the drink to mix.
