Bacardi Buck

Bright and bubbly highball that balances light white rum with orange liqueur and spicy ginger ale, finished with a fresh lemon aroma. Pale and effervescent with a gentle citrus-ginger bite, an easy, crowd-pleasing refresher worth ordering on warm afternoons or serving at casual get-togethers.

Ingredients

  • 1.75 oz White Rum
  • 0.5 oz Cointreau® Orange Liqueur
  • 4 oz Ginger Ale

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Measure and pour the white rum into the glass.
  3. Add the Cointreau® Orange Liqueur to the drink.
  4. Top off the mixture with ginger ale to fill the glass.
  5. Garnish with the spent shell of the lemon quarter for an added citrus aroma.
