Twentieth Century

Bright and slightly sweet with a distinct white-chocolate whisper from the crème de cacao and a crisp lemon lift; Lillet adds floral, honeyed depth that smooths the edges of the gin. Poured clear into a chilled cocktail glass with a pale, silky sheen, it's a sophisticated, refreshing aperitif worth ordering or making for its elegant balance of citrus, botanicals, and chocolate notes.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 0.25 oz Crème de Cacao Blanc Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Lillet® Blanc
  • 0.25 oz Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Combine the gin, white creme de cacao, Lillet® Blanc wine, and fresh lemon juice in a shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Serve immediately.
