What The Hell

Bright apricot sweetness from the brandy plays against a dry, herbal gin-and-vermouth backbone, with a whisper of lemon to lift the finish. Served over ice in an old-fashioned glass it appears pale straw and drinks smooth and boozy, making it an easy, approachable aperitif with a fruity edge.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 1 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Apricot Brandy
  • 1 dash Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Add dry vermouth, gin, apricot brandy, and lemon juice to an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add ice cubes to the glass.
  3. Stir the mixture gently until well combined.
  4. Serve immediately.
