Ten Pin Gin

Bright, citrus-forward and gently sweet, the Ten Pin Gin balances zesty mandarin and lime against a botanical London Dry and a touch of dry vermouth. The shaken egg creates a silky, frothy texture and the pale orange-pink drink looks elegant in a cocktail glass, finished with fresh orange and lime slices. It's worth trying if you like spirited, slightly sweet cocktails with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz London Dry Gin
  • 1.25 oz Mandarine Napoléon® Liqueur
  • 1 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Egg
  • 1 oz Sugar Syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine the London dry gin, Mandarine Napoleon orange liqueur, dry vermouth, lime juice, egg, and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake the mixture vigorously to ensure the egg is thoroughly incorporated.
  3. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass for a smooth finish.
  4. Express the oils from a lime strip into the drink, then discard the strip.
  5. Garnish with fresh slices of orange and lime, ensuring they are neatly placed for presentation.
