Burn's Night Special

A rich, spirit-forward cocktail that balances smoky Scotch with the sweet, herbal warmth of sweet vermouth and Bénédictine. Poured up into a cocktail glass it presents a deep amber hue and a smooth, slightly syrupy finish, great for fans of whisky cocktails or as a cozy digestif on Burns Night.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 oz Scotch
  • 2 tsp Bénédictine® Herbal Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Add the sweet vermouth, scotch whisky, and benedictine herbal liqueur.
  3. Stir the mixture well until it is properly chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.
  5. Serve and enjoy your drink.
