Slow Gin and Tonic

A lively twist on a classic G&T where dry gin and sweet-tart sloe gin mingle with a bright squeeze of lemon and fizzy tonic. It pours a rosy-amber hue over ice and tastes like berry sweetness and citrus brightness balanced by quinine bitterness. Worth trying if you want a refreshing, fruit-forward long drink with familiar gin botanicals.
