Dreaming in Antalya

Bright and tangy with a pronounced lemon bite softened by orange liqueur and a hint of sweet pomegranate from the grenadine. Visually it pours a warm rosy-pink into a chilled cocktail glass, and the blend of light and dark rums adds depth and a subtly rounded finish. Worth trying if you like citrus-forward sours with a touch of tropical sweetness and smooth, spirit-led character.

Ingredients

  • 2 cl Bacardi® Dark Rum
  • 2 cl Bacardi® Superior Rum
  • 2 cl Cointreau® Orange Liqueur
  • 4 cl Lemon Juice
  • 1 tblsp Grenadine

Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add Bacardi® Dark Rum, Bacardi® Light Rum, Cointreau, lemon juice, and grenadine to the mixing glass.
  3. Stir gently to combine the ingredients and chill the mixture thoroughly.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
