A bitters-forward, spiritaceous cocktail where brandy provides a warm, fruity backbone while Campari and aromatic bitters add a bright, herbal bitterness balanced by a touch of sweet bianco vermouth. Served chilled and clear in a cocktail glass with a maraschino cherry, it's boozy and complex, ideal as an aperitif for someone who enjoys dry, slightly bitter drinks.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Brandy
  • 0.25 oz Vodka
  • 0.25 oz Martini & Rossi® Bianco Vermouth
  • 1 tsp Campari® Bitter
  • 1 dash Aromatic Bitters

Instructions

  1. Add brandy, vodka, Martini & Rossi® bianco vermouth, Campari® bitters, and bitters into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and serve immediately.
