Confirmed Bachelor

A frothy, slightly sweet gin cocktail brightened by a touch of grenadine and lime. It pours pale pink with a silky egg-white foam on top, giving a smooth mouthfeel and gentle floral-fruity notes. Worth trying if you like light, elegant sours with a visually pleasing foam and balanced sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Gin
  • 1 tsp Grenadine
  • 0.5 tsp Rose's® Lime Juice
  • 1 unit Egg Whites

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker half-filled with crushed ice.
  2. Shake thoroughly to mix the ingredients well and chill the drink.
  3. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass using a fine strainer to ensure smoothness.
