Ingredients

• 1 oz Gin
• 1 oz Peach Schnapps
• 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
• 0.33 oz Lime Juice
• 1.5 oz Sparkling Apple Juice

Instructions

1. Combine gin, peach schnapps, dry vermouth, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake the mixture well until chilled.
3. Strain the mixture into an old-fashioned glass that is half-filled with broken ice.
4. Top off with sparkling apple juice.
5. Serve immediately.
