Gin-berry

Bright, tart lemon cuts through jammy raspberry and blackberry liqueurs for a vibrant, fruity sip with a clear botanical backbone from the gin. Crushed ice and muddled berries give it a slushy, ruby-red appearance and a pulpy texture. It's an easy, visually striking choice when you want a refreshing, fruit-forward cocktail with balanced sweet-and-sour flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Tanqueray® 10 Gin
  • 0.33 oz Crème de Mûre Liqueur
  • 0.33 oz Crème de Framboise Liqueur
  • 8 Raspberries
  • 0.33 oz Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Muddle the fresh raspberries with creme de mure and creme de framboise in the base of a sour glass.
  2. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  3. Add the Tanqueray® 10 gin and lemon juice to the glass.
  4. Stir well until the drink achieves a rich, blood-red color.
  5. Serve immediately in the sour glass.
