Green Fire

Bright and mint-forward, Green Fire layers sweet green crème de menthe over a juniper backbone with a distinctive caraway twang from kümmel. It tastes cooling and sweet up front with an herbal, slightly spicy finish that keeps it interesting. Its vivid green color and easy shake-and-pour build make it an approachable, eye-catching refresher.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Gin
  • 2 tsp Crème de Menthe Verte Liqueur
  • 2 tsp Kümmel Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add gin, green creme de menthe, and Kummel® caraway liqueur to the shaker.
  3. Vigorously shake the mixture until well chilled.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
