Scorpino

A creamy, citrus-forward frozen cocktail that drinks like a boozy lemon-orange milkshake; the lemon Italian ice and Cointreau provide bright, tangy lift against rich cream and vodka. Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 2 oz Cream
  • 1 oz Cointreau® Orange Liqueur
  • 1 scoop Italian Ice, Lemon

Instructions

  1. Combine vodka, cream, Cointreau® orange liqueur, and lemon Italian ice in a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into a highball glass.
  4. Serve the drink immediately.
