Tuxedo

A dry, aromatic gin-forward cocktail with silky vermouth, a faint cherry sweetness from maraschino and a lingering anise note brightened by orange bitters. It pours clear and pale into a chilled coupe and is an elegant, slightly savory aperitif for fans of classic martini-style drinks.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Beefeater® London Dry Gin
  • 30 ml Dry Vermouth
  • 1/2 barspoon Luxardo® Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1/4 barspoon Deva® Absinthe
  • 3 dashes Orange Bitters

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into chilled martini cocktail glass.
