Green Beetle

Bright and bracing with a pronounced almond sweetness: gin's botanicals and tart lemon juice are rounded by orgeat's nutty depth and a warming hint of brandy. Served pale and slightly cloudy over fresh ice in a Collins glass, it's a tall, boozy refresher for anyone who likes citrus-forward cocktails with a nutty twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Brandy
  • 2 oz Gin
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Orgeat Syrup

Instructions

  1. Add brandy, gin, lemon juice, and orgeat syrup into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and secure the lid.
  3. Shake vigorously until the mixture is well-chilled and combined.
  4. Strain the mixture into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
