In and Out Martini

A very dry, spirit-forward martini that puts gin squarely in the spotlight with only a whisper of herbal vermouth from the rinse. It pours clear and bright into a chilled cocktail glass, tasting crisp juniper and botanical complexity with an intensely boozy finish. Ideal for fans of minimalist, no-frills classics who want a clean, potent sip.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 4 shots Gin

Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice and a splash of dry vermouth.
  2. In a mixer glass, add gin and fill with ice.
  3. Discard ice and vermouth from the cocktail glass.
  4. Strain the gin into the chilled cocktail glass.
