Apricot Collins

Bright, bubbly Collins that pairs gin's botanical dryness with sweet stone-fruit from apricot brandy and a zesty lemon lift. Pale and effervescent with a subtly sweet, citrus-forward finish, it's an easy, refreshing long drink ideal for warm afternoons or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Apricot Brandy
  • 1.5 oz Gin
  • Fill Soda Water
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Pour in apricot brandy, gin, and lemon juice into the shaker.
  3. Shake the mixture well to combine the flavors.
  4. Strain the contents back into a highball glass.
  5. Top off the drink with club soda.
  6. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
  7. Stir gently to mix the ingredients evenly.
