Geraldine

A subtly sweet, herbaceous stirred cocktail where floral Yellow Chartreuse and rounded Dubonnet fold into a light Canadian whisky, lifted by a whisper of dry vermouth and aromatic bitters. It shows warm amber hues in a chilled cocktail glass and is finished with a maraschino cherry for a touch of bright sweetness. Great for someone who enjoys complex, spirit-forward sippers that balance herbal sweetness against mellow whisky warmth.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Canadian Whisky
  • 0.5 oz Chartreuse® Yellow Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Dubonnet® Rouge
  • 1 tsp Dry Vermouth
  • 1 dash Aromatic Bitters

Instructions

  1. Add Canadian whisky, Yellow Chartreuse, Dubonnet Rouge, dry vermouth, and bitters to a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Stir the mixture properly to ensure all ingredients are well combined and chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass, ensuring no ice is included.
  4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry to enhance the presentation and flavor.
  5. Serve immediately, ensuring the cocktail remains chilled.
